Do Not Call (DNC) Policy

Care Plus Advantages (“we,” “our,” or “us”) is committed to protecting your privacy and respecting your preferences regarding telemarketing communications. This Do Not Call Policy explains how we manage and honor requests to opt-out of telephone communications.
1. Scope
This DNC Policy applies to all telephone communications, including calls and text messages, made by or on behalf of Care Plus Advantages or our authorized agents to individuals in the United States.
2. How We Use Your Phone Number
By submitting your phone number through our website or other lead-generation forms, you consent to be contacted by licensed insurance agents or authorized representatives regarding insurance products or services.
We use your number to:
- Respond to inquiries and requests.
- Connect you with agents for insurance information and quotes.
- Provide information about coverage options relevant to your inquiry.
3. Opt-Out / Do Not Call Requests
You have the right to request that we stop contacting you. To opt out of telephone communications:
- Reply “STOP” to any text message you receive from us.
- Email us at support@careplusadvantages.com with “DNC Request” in the subject line.
Upon receiving your request, we will promptly add your number to our internal Do Not Call list. You will no longer receive telemarketing communications from Care Plus Advantages.
4. Internal Do Not Call List
- Care Plus Advantages maintains an internal DNC list to ensure that numbers of individuals who have opted out are excluded from future communications.
- This list is regularly updated and cross-checked against all telemarketing campaigns.
5. Third-Party Sharing
- We may share your phone number with licensed insurance agents or service providers for the purpose of fulfilling your inquiry.
- Any third party that contacts you on our behalf is required to honor your DNC preferences.
6. Compliance with Federal and State Laws
- Care Plus Advantages complies with the TCPA, National Do Not Call Registry, and applicable state telemarketing laws.
- We do not call numbers listed on the National Do Not Call Registry unless we have prior express consent from the individual.
